Once we confirm the license agreement, you will receive the signed deployable package (.zip) and your tenant-specific license file (.txt) by email.

3f solutions Redact ships with a default configuration covering the most common personal data fields across standard D365 F&O modules (customers, vendors, employees, contacts). The field selection is configurable — additional tables and fields can be added without code changes through the Redact configuration workspace.

No. Redaction is a one-way operation — once executed, the original values are permanently replaced and cannot be restored. 3f-solutions Redact can be run on production data. Before doing so, always perform a dry run first: dry run mode analyses which records would be affected and generates a detailed report without modifying any data.

After 12 months, the license expires and the software will no longer function until the license is renewed. Contact us before expiry to discuss renewal options.

The standard license covers one production tenant. Usage in a sandbox or test environment within the same tenant is included. Multi-tenant licensing is available — contact us for details.

Currently, 3f solutions Redact is designed for cloud (SaaS) deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. On-premises deployments are not supported at this time.
